Oat-Parmesan Chips

Movie night tonight! All of your friends are looking for the best movie to watch. However, you are looking for the snack you will eat. We got your back!  We prepared for you the quickest, tastiest, and most nutritious movie night snack to enjoy with your friends!
Do not buy those chips or butter popcorn from the supermarket this time. Just take a packet of oats from your shelf, put some grated parmesan out of your fridge and keep reading this recipe carefully.

Oat-Parmesan Chips

Take the oats from the shelf, put some grated Parmesan out of your fridge and keep reading the recipe carefully!

Prepping time: 5min
Cooking time: 5-10min
Servings: 2
Cost: 1,7€ per serving

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (60g) oats
  • 1 cup ( 50g) grated parmesan
  • pepper ή sweet paprika (or any other spice you prefer)

 

Directions

  1. Mix the oats, parmesan and the spices of your choice.
  2. Pour a tablespoon of the mixture into a baking sheet, leaving some space between the chips.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 5-10 '. Let the chips cool when they come out of the oven to get a crisp texture.

Notes
  • Instead of parmesan, you can use some low-fat cheese. Just make sure it is some hard cheese. It may take a little longer to cook.
  • Combine them with chopped vegetable sticks or some yogurt sauce, with fresh or dried fruits such as grapes and a glass of white or rosé wine.
