Notes
  • If you wish to make this recipe gluten free, replace the flour with oatmeal (just put the corresponding amount of oats in the blender).
  • To bread everything properly, use a pair of tongs or make sure to dip your ingredients in the flour with your left hand and in the egg with your right hand and finally in the toast. This way you will not wrap both your hands together with your schnitzel or nugget (keep your fingers clean to enjoy after your meal)!
  • Instead of cod, you can use any white fish you want.
  • You can also prepare twice the amount listed in this recipe and store your fish in the freezer.
