- Cut the cod into strips.
- Put the toast, oats, salt & spices you desire in the blender.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork. In another put the flour and in a third bowl, put the mixture with the toast.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and lime zest to your fish.
- Dip the cod strips in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the toast mixture.
- Put the pieces of fish in a pan, in which you have placed and baking sheet.
- Bake at 200 degrees Celsius, on the heating elements for 15-20 '.
