www.dietitico.com is the Dietitico website as well as the online store of Dietitico. Dietitico is based in Nicosia, Cyprus. Dietitico is the sole administrator of the website and is responsible for the personal data you submit to us in accordance with the applicable General Regulation 679/2016 on personal data protection.

When you browse our website we can receive and process the personal data from the billing information form on the eshop checkout page, i.e. name, e-mail, telephone, your address details, as well as the additional text that you send us as additional information ( optionally). We may also receive and process personal information, including name, e-mail and additional text that you send us as additional information (optional) when filling out the online contact form at https://dietitico.com/.

The purpose of processing your personal data that we receive through our website is to communicate with you about the issues that are raised with us through the form of completion of your order while the legal basis for processing your data is your consent.

This personal data is accessible only to the absolutely necessary staff of the company, which is bound by confidentiality clauses.

Our response to your request will take place within (1) one month after its receipt. If we need an extension of two (2) months to respond to your request, due to its complexity or due to the large number of requests we will inform you as soon as possible.

Our website is not intended for minors under 16 years of age. In case of use of products that we offer to you from a minor under 16 years of age, we require the explicit consent of the parent, before the processing of the personal data of the minor.
