In order to upgrade your online nutritional counseling experience, you will need to fill out two (2) online questionnaires as a part of a semi-structured interview. Dietitico team created the following interactive online questionnaires from the scratch, to provide you with high quality online nutrition services.

   Questionnaire no. 1: provides us your contact details and lets you choose a convenient way to make our online session (e.g. via skype). It consists of 7 questions (estimated completion time: 4-5 min).

   Questionnaire no. 2: aids us to find an available time that works for you and specify the nutritional topics you would like to discuss. It consists of 3-4 in-depth interactive questions (estimated completion time: 5-10 min).

The total average completion time for the service is estimated to be approximately 10-15 min.

   Choosing the standard or the extended plan, adds extra duration to your nutritional counseling service in order to reach a deep understanding of nutrition and learn all you need to know.
