Menia is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and Cook. Being enthusiastic about the science of nutrition and culinary arts, she is  continually expanding her knowledge. Menia is responsible for the recipes of the Dietitico Food. Her goal is to prove that nutritious food can be delicious as well, and not boring! She loves animals and photography is her hobby.

Menia was born in 1993 in Athens. In 2011, she was admitted to the department Nutrition and Dietetics of TEI of Thessaly. During her internship, she gained clinical experience as a clinical dietitian at the Naval Hospital of Athens. After completing her undergraduate studies, Menia started studing culinary arts, where she graduated as a culinary art specialist - chef with honors for showing consistency and professionalism.

Since then, Menia has worked as a professional chef in hotels such as the Hotel Grande Bretagne and Costa Navarino. She is an also a food blogger, posting recipes and nutrition tips.

Throughout her recipes she aims to prove that healthy food can be super delicious and that anyone can cook easy, delicious and nutritious meals . She has attended numerous seminars on healthy eating, superfoods, and special diets such as gluten free, and vegetarian. Menia keeps her knowledge up to date with the latest findings in the field of nutrition through attending scientific nutrition conferences.
