- Squeeze the oranges and pour the juice into a saucepan. Let the juice simmer over medium heat for 30-40 '.
- When the juice takes the form of a thin jam, set it aside to cool.
- Put a small saucepan over medium heat to warm. When it warms up, pour in quinoa and cover with a lid. Quinoa will start popping just like pop corn.
- Melt the chocolate in a baking pan or in the microwave. Add the quinoa and mix.
- In silicone molds, pour a layer of the mixture with the chocolate and the quinoa. Top with a spoonful of orange and a spoonful of praline with stevia.
- Cover with the remaining chocolate-quinoa mixture and refrigerate for 30 '.
