- Cut the mushrooms into thin strips. Mix them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and paprika. Put them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius with circulating air for about half an hour, until the mushrooms are crispy like "gyros".
- Put the egg whites in a mixer and mix to make a meringue. Add salt and pepper and spread it on non-stick paper on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven with circulating air at 150 degrees Celsius for 12-15 '.
- Mix the dill with the yogurt, salt and pepper (to make a light sauce).
- When the "omelette"-maringue is ready, top with the yogurt sauce, peppers and mushroom "gyros". Fold with the help of baking sheet.
