- Mix the flour, baking powder, 1/2 cup of greek yogurt, olive oil and 1 pinch of salt in a bowl and knead well until a dough is formed.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes and open the dough with a dough roller.
- Cut with the help of a round dough cutter and bake the pancakes in a non-stick pan that you have already sprayed with a little bit of olive oil (or any other fat).
- Place the pancakes in layers, and serve them with yogurt, apple slices, cinnamon and honey.
