- Peel the carrots, grate it and chop them roughly. Mix them with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and turmeric. In a pan with oil paste, bake the carrots at 200 degrees Celsius on the heating elements for 40-50 'until they melt as you pinch them with the fork. When ready, beat in a blender until pureed.
- In a bowl, place the water, yeast and sugar and mix. Set aside for a few minutes to activate the yeast. Then add the flour and the carrot puree and knead the dough well. Add salt and olive oil at the end. Let the dough rise for at least 30 minutes in a warm place.
- Divide your dough into 5 round balls. Shape well so that they have the most uniform round shape. Place them in a pan with oil paste and let them rise for another 30 '.
- Brush your buns with the egg and toss the sesame seeds on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius, in the air for about 10 '.
